The relevant data show that the scale of China's android industry will reach 2.76 billion yuan in 2024. By 2029, it is projected to reach 75 billion yuan, accounting for 32.7% of the global total, ranking first in the world. By 2035, the market size is expected to exceed 300 billion yuan. As a city of innovation and vitality, Hangzhou, the capital of Zhejiang Province, is committed to building an internationally leading android industry cluster. Currently, there are more than 200 robotics-related companies in Hangzhou. In 2023, the industrial output value of robotics reached 15 billion yuan, with 10 specialized and innovative "Little Giants" companies, covering the whole industrial chain such as the robot parts production, complete machine manufacturing, system integration. Recently, the "Hangzhou Android Industry Development Plan (2024-2029)" officially released by the Hangzhou government, which proposed key tasks and measures from 15 aspects to push forward the high-quality development of the robot industry. According to the "Plan", Hangzhou will focus on "optimal body + strongest brain" to accelerate the construction of an integrated innovation system and full industry chain ecosystem for the research and development, design, manufacturing and application of android.
